Sunscrit strives to offer its visitors the many advantages of Internet technology and to provide an interactive and personalized experience. We may use Personally Identifiable Information (your name, e-mail address, street address, telephone number) subject to the terms of this privacy policy. We will never sell, barter, or rent your email address to any unauthorized third party. Period.

How we gather information from users

Sunscrit reserves the right to change this policy at any time. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of our site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes. Information collected prior to the time any change is posted will be used according to the rules and laws that applied at the time the information was collected.

Governing Law

This policy and the use of this Site are governed by Israeli law. If a dispute arises under this Policy we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Israel. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Israel.

Sunscrit is controlled, operated and administered entirely within Israel. This statement and the policies outlined herein are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.

Copyright Policies

Material published by Sunscrit is copyright of Sunscrit and may not be reproduced without permission. Copyright exists in all other original material published by Sunscrit’s staff, and may belong to the author or to Sunscrit depending on the circumstances of publication.

It is Sunscrit’s policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable international intellectual property law and to terminating the accounts of repeat infringers.

 

Limitation of Liability and Warranties

Sunscrit’s Services are provided “as is” and Sunscrit, its Subsidiaries and Affiliates, and its licensors give you no warranty with respect to them.

In particular, Sunscrit, its Subsidiaries and Affiliates, and licensors do not represent or warrant to you that:

(A) your use of the Services will meet your requirements,

(B) your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error,

(C) any information obtained by you as a result of your use of the Services will be accurate or reliable, and

(D) that defects in the operation or functionality of any Software provided to you as part of the Services will be corrected.

No conditions, warranties or other terms (including any implied terms as to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose or conformance with description) apply to the Services except to the extent that they are expressly set out in the Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Sunscrit’s liability for losses which may not be lawfully excluded or limited by applicable law.

Subject to overall provision in the previous paragraph above, Sunscrit, its Subsidiaries and Affiliates, and its licensors shall not be liable to you for:

(A) any indirect or consequential losses which may be incurred by you. This shall include any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation, or any loss of data suffered by you;

(B) any loss or damage which may be incurred by you as a result of:

(i) any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, or as a result of any relationship or transaction between you and any advertiser or sponsor whose advertising appears on the Services;

(ii) any changes which Sunscrit may make to the Services, or for any permanent or temporary cessation in the provision of the Services (or any features within the Services);

(iii) the deletion of, corruption of, or failure to store, any Content and other communications data maintained or transmitted by or through your use of the Services;

(iii) your failure to provide Sunscrit with accurate account information;

(iv) your failure to keep your password or account details secure and confidential;

The limitations on Sunscrit’s liability to you shall apply whether or not Sunscrit has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of any such losses arising.
